RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT WITHOUT A DEPOSIT, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A ROOM !!!

  1. In case of a no-show, you will still be liable for the full invoice amount if you have confirmed your reservation
  2. A reservation deposit equal to the full amount stays less than 3 days
  3. A deposit equal to half the total amount for stays longer than 3 days
  4. Cancellations 0 to 3 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit
  5. Cancellations 4 to 14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit
  6. Cancellations 15 to 28 days prior to arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit
